TSLA stands for the Tarleton School Leadership Alliance, which houses the Principals Action Lab (PAL) and the Tarleton Assessment of Principals (TAP). In addition, TSLA has partnered with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Region IV Education Service Center (ESC) to create the Student Success Leadership Academy (SSLA). TSLA is also working with the Texas A & M University System to create an E-Mentoring Network for alternatively certified teachers.
